Nursing Graduate Program

At Northwest Healthcare, you can join a bi-annual New Grad Program to help you fast-track into a successful nursing career with positions typically posted in the Spring and Fall. We seek out enthusiastic and positive individuals who are patient focused and team oriented.

This formal, structured new graduate program will prepare new graduates in the successful transition from student to confident professional in their chosen career path of nursing. In addition to a one-on-one clinical preceptorship with an experienced registered nurse, our nurse residents participate in classes on critical thinking, effective communication, and time management.

As a new nursing professional, you will participate in a comprehensive 12 week program that includes a series of learning opportunities and clinical experience including:

  • Classroom and simulation curriculum lessons
  • Clinical and interdisciplinary experiences
  • Support from mentors
  • Celebrations for key milestones
