This is a Per Diem Position Working throughout the Market of Northwest Healthcare
Extracts information from the Electronic Medical Records (EMR) to assist with population health management, development, monitoring and reporting quality metrics, work with insurance payers and report and monitor progress on gain share and other payer based incentive programs. Individual will meet with medical providers and review their individual performance on population health management and quality metrics. Will assist in the processing of gain share and other payer based incentive payments to individual providers. Possess the ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions and deal with multiple abstract and concrete variables.
Position Qualifications/Minimum Requirements
Education: Vocational/specialized training or Associate's Degree. Bachelor's Degree in a Business related area or Information Services preferred.
Experience: Two (2) years data base management experience; health care experience preferred.
Skills: Microsoft Office software, data base management software, spreadsheets, report writer software, good oral and written communication skills.
Licenses/Certifications: None required.
