Systems Support Analyst
Systems Analyst is a FT position working in our IT department for the Northwest Healthcare System in Tucson.
The Systems Analyst position supports users of Information System applications for the healthcare system. They communicate issues, needs & current usage to help maximize current systems and implement new applications incorporating workflow & processes to produce the most effective systems as possible.
Position Qualifications/Minimum Requirements
Education: Required: Associates Degree in an appropriate health care, computer science or business fields or minimum of 4 years of experience in a comparable position.
Experience: "Required: Three (3) years in information systems support services. Licensed clinical experience can substitute for years of IS experience.
Preferred: Healthcare industry"
Skills: Appropriate prioritization and planning skills, while achieving safety and quality in a high volume environment; Engaging and effective communication and service skills; Adherence to policy and procedures; Process improvement oriented; Self-initiative to assist with whatever is needed.
Licenses/Certifications: Required: If clinical experience is being substituted for minimum years of information systems support experience, current licensure in clinical discipline is required
