Job Description
Systems Analyst is a FT position working in our IT department for the Northwest Healthcare System in Tucson.
Summary: The Systems Analyst positions supports users of Information Systems applications in use at Northwest Healthcare. They communicate issues, needs & current usage to help maximize current systems and implement new applications incorporating workflow & processes to produce the most effective systems as possible. This position is responsible for daily functional administration of information technology platforms, and monitoring the IT&S infrastructure. This position coordinates the administration of the network with the network team, the servers with the server team, VOIP administration, and provides technical support to the tech/desktop support team and the service desk team.
Required:
If clinical experience is being substituted for minimum years of information systems support experience, current licensure in clinical discipline is required.
