Job Description

This position is Full Time working in the main OR located at Oro Valley Northwest Hospital 

$15,000 Sign on bonus for qualified Surgical Techs!

Job Duties: Assists surgical team during operative procedures by arranging and inventorying sterile set-up for operations and passing items to doctors and nurses as needed. Assists in preparing and moving patients and in cleaning the operating theater. Must be a graduate of an accredited School of Surgical Technologists, and have 0-1 years of experience. 

 
Position Qualifications/Minimum Requirements
Education: "Required:  
Completion of accredited Surgical Technician program
-OR-  2 years of on-the-job training
-OR-  7 years of experience working in the field
-OR-  Military training program with 2 years surgical tech experience"

Licenses/Certifications: "Required: BLS (American Heart Association or American Red Cross)
Preferred: Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) or Tech in Surgery-Certified (TS-C) "
