Supervisor Housekeeper
Job Description
This is a full time position working from 3:00pm to 11:30pm as the Supervisor in the Housekeeping at Northwest Medical Center.
Position Summary:
Supervises EVS staff for all assigned shifts. Ensures that all internal and external customers receive services in accordance with organization policy, protocol, quality standards and patient care standards.
Position Qualifications/Minimum Requirements
Education:
Required: High school diploma or equivalent experience
Experience:
Required: Five years of previous EVS supervisory experience in a healthcare environment.
Skills:
Excellent Interpersonal relationship, oral/written communications, team building and customer service skills. Ability to not only supervise but also to motivate assigned personnel to achieve expectations.
Licenses/Certifications:
Required: For Skilled Nursing Unit: Fingerprint Clearance Card
