Job Description
This is a full time position working in the Northwest Allied Physician Clinics.
Summary:
The Supervisor, Provider Clinics, manages daily operations of front and back-office physician practice with responsibility for achieving patient satisfaction, quality, compliance, financial and employee engagement goals.
Position Qualifications/Minimum Requirements
Education:
Required: High School diploma or equivalent experience
Preferred: Associates degree in business or healthcare administration"
Experience:
Required: One year of supervisory experience in a medical clinic setting
Skills:
Ability to supervise performance and engage employees; Effective records management and regulatory compliance skills; Strong customer service skills; Performance Improvement and Quality skills; Oral/written communication for a variety of complex situations.
Licenses/Certifications:
None required
