This Dietary Aide Lead position is FT. The kitchen staff at Northwest Medical Center is a diverse culinary team that works together to provide exceptional food and care for our patients, visitors and staff.
Performs diversified duties as a lead for dietary aide team, including oversight to ensure meal services meet patient satisfaction, policy and medical directive requirements/goals and providing team development for customer service and quality standards. Leads a team of Dietary Aides, ensuring patients receive accurate meals to meet the therapeutic diet as prescribed by the physician, paying close attention to food allergies. Self-starter that provides team development resulting in friendly & caring patient centered service. Works closely with the Culinary team to provide flavorful, hot meals. Communicates any special meal choices and meal tallies. Maintains meal delivery schedule, ensuring that meals are delivered on time. Uses Service Recovery model to address patient complaints.
