Job Description

This is a full-time position.  Remote opportunity for the ideal candidate.

Performs complex financial, statistical, and analytical analyses. Ability to handle high-level and complex financial analysis by collecting, monitoring, preparing and studying data to provide recommendations.  Must have high level Microsoft Excel skills, be very detail oriented, organized and have excellent communication skills.

Responsible for maintaining the productivity analyses to be deployed to all the hospital and non-hospital entities.  Collects and handles statistics to prepare reports to be submitted to corporate offices with accuracy and meet reporting deadlines.  Additionally, prepare statistic reports for internal reporting.  Evaluate trending data and provide feedback to leadership. 

This position utilizes financial and statistical tools and techniques and requires a high level of personal computer skills, and interpersonal relationships with health system leadership. High level proficiency in Microsoft Excel required.  Working knowledge of Access, SQL and SAP systems a plus. 

Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, mathematics, or related field required. Master’s degree a plus.  Four (4) years of experience with generally accepted accounting principles, statistical data collection and analysis, or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.  Knowledge of health system regulatory guidelines, standards and experience in healthcare setting strong desirable.
