Security Officer

This Security Officer position is a Per Diem (As Needed) - position, working at Northwest Medical Center.

Provides security for patients, employees and visitors; protects hospital buildings, assets and premises as assigned.

Position Qualifications/Minimum Requirements:

Education:

Required: High School diploma/GED preferred or equivalent experience

Experience: 

Required: One (1) year experience in security operations.

Licenses/Certifications:

Required: Valid Arizona Driver's License. American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross(ARC) or American Safety and Health Institute (ASHI) BLS certification.
-For Skilled Nursing Unit: Fingerprint Clearance Card
-Intervention/De-escalation Training Certification within one (1) month of hire
Preferred: Arizona Department of Public Safety Guard Card.
