Great opportunity for a Registered Nurse to work on a cohesive team in the ICU department at Oro Valley Hospital! 

This position is for an Experienced ICU RN to work Seasonal status in a 13 week contract working 36 hours weekly.

Career advancement opportunities include preceptor workshop, ventricular assist device education program and CRRT education program. A clinical advancement program (CAP) focuses on practice, care, interprofessional collaboration & transformational leadership. 

The patient population is critically ill adults who may require life support. These patients can be medical or cardiovascular requiring intensive care trained RNs.

Plans, directs, participates in and evaluates patient care.  Collaborates with other disciplines to provide optimal care in the Intensive Care Unit.  

 

Position Qualifications/Minimum Requirements

Education:

Required:  Associates or Diploma in nursing program

Preferred:  Bachelor's degree in nursing                                                

 

Experience:

Clinical experience in area of expertise preferred.

 

Licenses/Certifications:

"Required:

Current Arizona RN license or compact state license

American Heart Association (AHA)  or American Red Cross (ARC) BLS & ACLS
