Job Description
This is a Part Time, Day Shift, Scheduling Clerk opportunity supporting Tucson Endoscopy Center!
Responsible for the scheduling of procedures for Surgery, GI Lab, Cath Lab, and appointments for Preprocedural Screening/Preadmission Testing.
Position Qualifications/Minimum Requirements
Education: Required: High School diploma/GED or equivalent experience
Experience: Required: One (1) year in scheduling role in a physician office
Preferred: Surgical scheduling experience
Skills: Appropriate prioritization and planning skills, while achieving safety and quality in a high volume environment; Engaging and effective communication and service skills; Adherence to policy and procedures; Process improvement oriented; Self-initiative to assist with whatever is needed.Medical Terminology and Anatomy preferred.
