$15,000 Sign on bonus for eligible, experienced RN's! 

This is a full time position working in the Progressive Care unit at Northwest Medical Center.

Dynamic, high acuity, progressive care unit with wide variety of experience opportunities. This increased surveillance unit offers a 1:4 nurse to patient ratio while providing high quality care to our patients. Nurses can develop their skill set by providing for patients that include: post cardiac surgery and Cath Lab procedures, alcohol withdrawal, heart failure, dysrhythmias, rattlesnake bites, hypo/hypertension, requiring medication drips, and many more.

Provides oversight for multiple hospital departments in the absence of unit management. Addresses patient care, staffing, and any other issues that may arise. Supervises nurses and staff and takes administrative responsibilities. Leads and directs the work of others. Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred. At least 5-7 years of experience. Licensure as a registered nurse (RN).
