$15,000 Sign-on bonus offered to eligible experienced PACU RN's! $

Position is Full Time working at Northwest Houghton Hospital in the PACU department.

RN Supervisor position working under the direction of the Unit Director.  Oversees and coordinates effective operation of the unit.  Directs and supervises staff,  functions and activities.  Performs patient care duties.   Provides oversight for hospital department. Addresses patient care, staffing, and any other issues that may arise. Supervises nurses and staff and takes administrative responsibilities. Leads and directs the work of others.

Requires a registered nurses license and experience in the PACU , caring for the personal needs and comfort of patients post surgical procedures.  


Position Qualifications/Minimum Requirements                                                                


Minimum of Associate's Degree in Nursing, Bachelors Degree in Nursing preferred.                                                    


Two (2) years of experience in specialty area required. One (1) year in supervisory or CNL capacity preferred.                                                    


Interview others; Team facilitation & meeting skills with effective conflict resolution skills.                            



Current Arizona RN license or compact state license

BLS Basic Cardiac & ACLS & PALS ( American Heart Association or American Red Cross)
