PreOp & PACU Supervisor position working Full Time at Northwest Medical Center under the direction of the Periop Services Director. 

Oversees and coordinates effective operation of the unit on the assigned shift.  Directs and supervises staff,  functions and activities. Addresses patient care, staffing, and any other issues that may arise. Supervises nurses and staff and takes administrative responsibilities. Leads and directs the work of others. Performs patient care duties as needed.                                                         

Position Qualifications/Minimum Requirements                                                                


Minimum of Associate's Degree in Nursing, Bachelors Degree in Nursing preferred.                                                


Two (2) years of experience in specialty area required. One (1) year in supervisory or CNL capacity preferred.                                                

Skills:        Interview others; Team facilitation & meeting skills with effective conflict resolution skills.                                                



Current Arizona RN license or compact state license

American Heart Association (AHA)  BLS , ACLS  & PALS
