Job Description

Position is Full Time Labor & Delivery working an evening shift schedule 

Provide leadership for LD, Triage, ORs and PP units. Must have minimum 5 years of LD and Triage experience. Previous leadership experience needed, which could be as a manager, supervisor, CNL or charge RN. Position will require someone able to improve workflow processes, identify needs of staff education and create competencies. Position will work closely with NICU and ancillary departments. Applicant should have a solid leadership background in order to implement improvements and identify, plan and carry out initiatives. Position will report to the Women's Center Director. Hours will vary and include evenings and/or nights, holidays and weekends if needed. This is a 40 hour week position.  

 

Education:                

Minimum of Associate's Degree in Nursing, Bachelors Degree in Nursing preferred.                                                

Experience:                

Two (5) years of experience in specialty area required.

One (1) year in supervisory or CNL capacity preferred.                                                

Licenses/Certifications:

"Required:

Current Arizona RN license or compact state license

American Heart Association (AHA)  or American Red Cross (ARC) BLS , ACLS , PALS
