Per Diem PRN 10-12 hour day shifts plus call & rotation 

What you'll do:

As a Registered Nurse at Oro Valley Hospital , you’ll work on a small cohesive team and play a vital role in doing what you do best - providing quality care to our patients. 

Recovery room ( PACU ) and Pre-op at Oro Valley Hospital 16 bed dept supports 6 operating rooms and is an all private-room acute-care hospital where technology and skilled professionals come together to provide compassionate, customer-focused care. Our key services include a robust orthopedics program using the da Vinci robot.

Offering minimally invasive and robotic assisted joint replacement surgery, minimally invasive and robotic assisted general surgery, gastroenterology and many others!

Requires a registered nurses license and experience in the Preop and PACU, caring for the personal needs and comfort of patients pre and post surgical procedures. Either directly or indirectly reporting to a nursing supervisor, plans, directs, participates in and evaluates patient care.  Collaborates with other disciplines to provide optimal care.

Position Qualifications/Minimum Requirements

Education:

Required:  Associates or Diploma in nursing program

Preferred:  Bachelor's degree in nursing                                                

 

Experience:

Clinical experience in area of expertise preferred.

 

Licenses/Certifications:

"Required:

Current Arizona RN license or compact state license

American Heart Association (AHA)  or American Red Cross (ARC) BLS , ACLS  & PALS
