Job Description

 This is a part -time position working day shift 32 hours weekly ( with Full Time benefits) at our brand new Tucson Endoscopy Center location located on Rosewood 

 

RN working in GI / Endoscopy as Pre-Op / PACU RN  - Monday thru Friday, no call, no weekends, no holidays.

Join a fantastic team in our busy endoscopy department.

  

Assists physicians and charts during routine and advanced endoscopy procedures.  Covers PreOp and Recovery areas of Endoscopy Lab.  Prior Endoscopy or other procedural experience required.

 Evaluates assigned patients and plans, implements and documents nursing care. Performs various patient tests and administers medications within the scope of practice of the registered nurse. Promotes patients' independence by establishing patient care goals and teaching patients and families to understand conditions, medications, and self-care skills. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks.     

  

Position Qualifications/Minimum Requirements

 Education:

 Required:  Associates or Diploma in nursing program

 Preferred:  Bachelor's degree in nursing                                                

 Licenses/Certifications:

 "Required:

 Current Arizona RN license or compact state license

 American Heart Association (AHA)  or American Red Cross (ARC) BLS & ACLS
