Job Description

Position is Full Time working hour shifts at Oro Valley Hospital in Radiology 

 

What you'll do:

Provides competent, safe and timely patient care. Prepares for the interventional procedures by reviewing the order, lab results and other pertinent patient information to ensure proper patient preparation. Communicates abnormal or critical results to the appropriate physician. Ensures safety in medication management and administration including physiologic monitoring of the patient during procedures requiring moderate sedation. Acts as a resource for radiologists and technical staff concerning pain control medications, drug interactions and side effects, anticoagulants, and other medications as appropriate.

Position Qualifications/Minimum Requirements

Education:  ADN or Diploma in Nursing Program,  BSN preferred                               

Experience: Clinical experience in area of expertise preferred                               

 

Licenses/Certifications:

Required : Current Arizona or Multistate RN license; BLS , ACLS
