Job Description

ED RN - Per-Diem Nights @ Houghton Hospital! 

Plans, directs, participates in and evaluates patient care.  Collaborates with other disciplines to provide optimal care in the Intensive Care Unit.   Evaluates assigned patients and plans, implements and documents nursing care. Assists physicians during examinations and procedures. Performs various patient tests and administers medications within the scope of practice of the registered nurse.

Position Qualifications/Minimum Requirements                                                                

Education:                

ADN or Diploma in nursing program required.  BSN preferred.                                                    

Experience:                

Two (2) years of experience in specialty area preferred. One (1) year minimum in emergency care

Skills:                

Interview others; Team facilitation & meeting skills.        

Licenses/Certifications:        

Required:

Current Arizona RN license or compact state license

American Heart Association (AHA)  or American Red Cross (ARC) BLS , ACLS
