Job Description

This is a Per-Diem RN Position working days in our Dialysis unit.

Provides professional nursing care to assigned patients with kidney conditions that require dialysis treatment. Reviews patient histories, administers medications, and performs dialysis treatments. Ensures dialysis machine and all products used during treatment are properly prepared and meet quality standards. Monitors the patient during dialysis, records observations in patient medical record, and reports any changes in condition to physician as needed.

Position Qualifications/Minimum Requirements        

Education:               

ADN or Diploma in Nursing Program, BSN preferred

Licenses/Certifications - Required:

Current Arizona RN license or compact state license

American Heart Association (AHA)  or American Red Cross (ARC) BLS  & NRP 

Experience:

Clinical experience in area of expertise (Dialysis)
