Job Description

This is a full time position.

Insurance verification, re-authorization, or extension of visits

Scheduling, greeting patients, answering phone calls, and working with other staff members on time sensitive information

Knowledge of deductibles, co insurances, and co payments

Ability to multitask with workflow and shift to areas of most need

Knowledge of hospital based therapy clinics and their operations

Able to create and maintain solid, professional relationships with referral sources and clinics

Able to deal with insurance questions and concerns of billing with patients
