Regional Physician Recruiter for Arizona and New Mexico - with physical office location in Tucson, Arizona

Provides full cycle recruitment and on-boarding of providers to support achievement of strategic provider recruitment goals for Arizona and New Mexico markets. Responsible for attracting qualified candidates with the use of effective sourcing techniques/resources and contract facilitation. Plans, develops, and directs strategic physician recruitment and physician employment programs. Responsible for planning in accordance with the needs and goals of the organization. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks.

Education - 

Required:  Associate's degree

Preferred:  Bachelor's degree

Experience - 

Required:  Three years of direct experience in physician recruitment

Skills - 

Familiar with a variety of concepts, practices, and procedures related to physician recruitment.  Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate with persons of varied personalities.  Demonstrated organizational/detail-oriented skills and management of wide-ranging information and projects. Computer application skills needed in Word, Excel and Power Point.
