Requirements:

• Required: Bachelor/Master/or Doctorate degree from an accredited program in physical therapy.
• Preferred: One (1) year Acute Care experience
• Appropriate prioritization and planning skills, while achieving safety and quality in a high volume environment;
• Engaging and effective communication and service skills;
• Adherence to policy and procedures; Process improvement oriented;
• Self-initiative to assist with whatever is needed.
• Required: Current Arizona Physical Therapist license;
• American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC)BLS certification
• Skilled Nursing Unit: Fingerprint Clearance Card

About the Job:

• This is a Per Diem (as needed) position working day shift on the weekends at Houghton hospital in the Inpatient, acute care department. 
• Plans and implements specific treatment programs for individual patients according to the principles and practices of physical therapy. Collaborates with interdisciplinary treatment team.
