Job Description

This Pharmacy Clinical Coordinator position will provide pharmaceutical care to patients according to professional standards and practices and will be located at 6200 N. La Cholla Blvd Tucson

Licenses/Certifications: Required: Arizona Pharmacist license.  American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross(ARC)   BLS and ACLS Certification

Education:  Bachelor's Degree.  Required Course(s)/Training:  Completion of 5 yr. Program form accredited school of pharmacy.
