$10,000 Sign On Bonus for eligible Pharmacists!
This is a full time position working at Northwest Medical Center.
Summary:
Oversees medication therapy for hospitalized patients and mentors pharmacy residents, students and pharmacy technicians.
To provide pharmaceutical care to patients according to professional standards and practices.
Position Qualifications/Minimum Requirements
Education:
Required: Bachelor's Degree via completion of 5 Year program from accredited school of pharmacy.
Experience:
Required: Completion of internship.
Preferred: Acute hospital in-patient experience
Skills:
Appropriate prioritization and planning skills, while achieving safety and quality in a high volume environment; Engaging and effective communication and service skills; Adherence to policy and procedures; Process improvement oriented; Self-initiative to assist with whatever is needed.
Licenses/Certifications:
Required: Current licensure as a Pharmacist in Arizona. American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross(ARC) BLS upon hire and AHA ACLS Certification within 90 days of hire.
