Job Description

Food Services position, responsible for meal service to up to 18 patients, Breakfast Lunch and Dinner. Will be responsible for all aspects of the meal services and sanitation for the kitchen. This position is a 12 hour shifts 3.5 days per week.

 

Position Purpose:

Sets up and serves high quality nutritional meals to patients.  Includes a variety of duties related to the serving of food, assists patients with menu selection , works modified diets and coordinates diet adaptations with house menus.  

Provides meal services for patients to include taking menu selection, delivery meal trays and snacks, catering rounds and retrieving trays.

Assembles patient meal tray following all standards, to include dietary guidelines, food quality, temperature, portion size, also adhering to patient personal preference, allergies, cultural, ethnic and religious preferences.
