$3,000 Sign on bonus for eligible, experienced Patient Care Tech's
This is position is Full Time , Days shift 630-1900 in the MSICU department at Northwest Healthcare.
The Nurse Tech in the MSICU Department provides basic care to patients under the direct supervision of a licensed nurse.
Looking for a positive team player to join fast paced, team oriented Med/Surg Intensive Care Unit.
Opportunity to provide patient care alongside a respectable, attentive team in a skillful and educated atmosphere, led by a supervisor and director who are hands on and supportive.
Progressive ICU that offers unmatched patient care to multiple patient populations such as COVID, Medical Surgical, and Neurology among others.

The Nurse Tech in the MSICU Department provides basic care to patients under the direct supervision of a licensed nurse, assists nursing service personnel with a variety of patient care activities and related services necessary in caring for the personal needs and comfort of patients. Assists with personal hygiene, takes vital signs and changes bed linens. Cleans, sterilizes, stores and prepares other supplies.
Maintains adequate floor stock as needed for unit/departmental operations. Maintains a safe, comfortable and therapeutic environment for patients/families in accordance with hospital standards. Takes a sense of ownership regarding other related duties as assigned. Works under immediate supervision.
Position Qualifications/Minimum Requirements
Education:
Post High School vocational / specialized training preferred.
Experience:
One (1) year experience in hospital or nursing home preferred.
Preferred candidate will have prior experience working in a hospital setting.
Licenses/Certifications Required:
American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC) BLS
