Job Description

This Patient Access Rep is a Per Diem (as needed), days, position with possible shift rotation working at Northwest Medical Center.

 

Position Purpose

Performs patient registration and office support duties of a complex nature.

Provides quality customer service to internal and external customers.

Participates in the collection process of patient liability.        

 

Position Qualifications/Minimum Requirements                                                                

Education:

High School diploma/GED preferred or equivalent years of experience required.                                                

Experience:

One (1) year of data entry and customer service relations required.  One (1) year of registration experience in a hospital setting preferred.
