Nutritional Services Lead
Job Description
This is a full time position working days at Northwest Medical Center.
Position Purpose:
Performs diversified duties as a lead for dietary aide team, including oversight to ensure that meal services meet patient satisfaction, policy and medical directive requirements/goals and providing team development for customer service and quality standards.
Position Qualifications/Minimum Requirements
Education:
Preferred: High School or GED
Experience:
Required: Previous experience in healthcare dietetics plus lead or supervisory experience.
Preferred: 2 years of healthcare food service experience or Associates Degree in related field.
Skills:
Knowledge of foods and nutrition and familiarity with medical terms related to nutrition.
Licenses/Certifications:
For Skilled Nursing Unit: Fingerprint Clearance Card
