Join our October 9th 2023 RN New Graduate Program at Oro Valley Hospital in Tucson, AZ.
Positions will be full time working 12 hour shifts in the Telemetry department at Oro Valley Hospital.
Telemetry is a 30 bed unit with central cardiac monitoring. This unit cares for patients who have various conditions of the cardiovascular system. The telemetry nurses will monitor the cardiac and vascular systems, administer heart medications, and take on tasks to treat both acute and chronic heart conditions. Our nurses are also involved in educating patients and families, supporting and motivating patient lifestyle changes. Telemetry provides a great opportunity for career advancement, including a pathway to critical care. Come join our cardiac team!
The RN New Grad program is an 8-12 week program guideline, including being supported as a new grad for your first 12 months.
Evidence-based curriculum that adapts throughout the first year of practice. Development of professional relationships through cohort experience and collaboration with peers, dedicated preceptors and educators in a supportive environment that allows new nurses to flourish!
