Job Description

This Maintenance Tech / Security is full time position supporting our Northwest Medical Center Sahuarita facility.

Responsible to perform general maintenance duties such as minor sheet rock repair, general plumbing, routine drain cleaning, lighting fixture repairs, general fabrication and assembly, general wall hangings and fastener knowledge and general equipment repairs. The position will be responsible for general cleaning, furniture relocations and other duties as assigned. Will participate in the department on call rotation and occasional after hours work duties. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Works under general supervision. Minimum of 5 years maintenance experience. A Journey Level Tradesman may qualify for this position.

Education: High School diploma/GED preferred or equivalent experience required.

Skills: Building construction and maintenance. Read blueprints and diagrams.

Licenses/Certifications: Required: Valid Arizona Driver's License.   BLS (American Hearth Association
