$10,000 Sign On Bonus to eligible, experienced Pharmacist's!
Seeking an experienced, licensed Pharmacist to work Full time evenings at Houghton Hospital.
Position Purpose
To provide pharmaceutical care to patients according to professional standards and practices.
Position Qualifications/Minimum Requirements
Education: Required: Bachelor's Degree via completion of 5 Year program from accredited school of pharmacy.
Experience: "Required: Completion of internship.
Preferred: Acute hospital in-patient experience"
Skills: Appropriate prioritization and planning skills, while achieving safety and quality in a high volume environment; Engaging and effective communication and service skills; Adherence to policy and procedures; Process improvement oriented; Self-initiative to assist with whatever is needed.
Licenses/Certifications: Required: Current licensure as a Pharmacist in Arizona. American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross(ARC) BLS upon hire and AHA ACLS Certification within 90 days of hire.
