Job Description

Human Resource Manager covers multiple sites within the Northwest Healthcare system of hospitals. Works with other HR leaders to plan and implement human resources programs and policies for staffing, compensation, benefits, visa/green card processing, employee relations, training, and health and safety. Performs a variety of tasks. Leads and directs the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.  Certification in HR preferred.

Education:

Required - Bachelors degree in Human Resources or relevant filed such as business or psychology.

Experience:

Required - Three years of HR expertise interacting with Directors on employee relations, legal, benefits and other complex employee issues.

Preferred - Five years supervisory experience; experience in healthcare human resources.
