Job Description

The Human Resources Assistant is the face of HR. Responsible for the new hire on-boarding and internal transfer processes, completes daily and weekly reports, is a back up to benefits and payroll, and assists the recruitment and employee health teams with other tasks as needed. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Works under immediate supervision. Primary job functions do not typically require exercising independent judgment. Typically reports to a manager.
