This is a Full time day shift position working in the Human Resources department at Northwest Medical Center.
Responsible for the multiple HR functions for an assigned organizational entity. Responsibilities include developing programs and plans for effective facilitation of HR programs, individual coaching to staff and leaders, assurance of regulatory compliance and tactics for effective employee hiring and engagement.
Position Qualifications/Minimum Requirements
Education: Preferred: Bachelors Degree in human resources, business management or closely related field.
Experience: "Required: Five (5) years of professional experience in human resources in a generalist capacity or experience with human resources functions such as LOA, FMLA, payroll or billing.
Preferred: Healthcare experience. "
Skills: Expertise across a broad range of HR functional areas. Appropriate prioritization while achieving safety and quality in a high volume environment; Engaging and effective communication and service skills; Adherence to policy and procedures; Process improvement oriented; Self-initiative to assist with whatever is needed.
Licenses/Certifications: Preferred: Professional certification such as PHR or SPHR.
