Responsible for the multiple HR functions for an assigned organizational entity. Responsibilities include developing programs and plans for effective facilitation of HR programs, individual coaching to staff and leaders, assurance of regulatory compliance and tactics for effective employee hiring and engagement.
Must have proven expertise across a broad range of HR functional areas. Appropriate prioritization while achieving safety and quality in a high volume environment is needed. Ability to engage in effective communication and service skills. Process improvement oriented skills are needed as well as the self-initiative to assist with whatever is needed.
Position Qualifications/Minimum Requirements
Required: Bachelor's Degree in human resources, business management or closely related field.
Required: Five (5) years of professional experience in human resources in a generalist capacity.
Preferred: Healthcare experience.
Preferred: PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP
