Job Description
This is a full time position working days at our Northwest Medical Center location.
Additional pay differential available for evening and night shifts based per schedule worked
Position Purpose
Performs a variety of general cleaning tasks to maintain patient rooms & offices, hallways and other assigned areas of the hospital. May also work on special assigned projects.
Position Qualifications/Minimum Requirements
Education: Preferred: High School diploma or equivalent experience
Experience: Preferred: Prior Housekeeping experience in healthcare
Skills: Ability to follow written and oral instructions and established procedures. Ability to document effectively through written means. Appropriate prioritization and planning skills, while achieving safety and quality in a high volume environment; Engaging and effective communication and service skills; Adherence to policy and procedures; Process improvement oriented; Self-initiative to assist with whatever is needed.
Licenses/Certifications: For Skilled Nursing Unit: Fingerprint Clearance Card
