Hospitalist Coordinator
Job Description
Provide adequate numbers of competent staff to meet patient care needs. Oversees the monthly scheduling process, daily staffing sheets, interaction with nurse staffing agencies, compliance with payroll policies, and record keeping related to licenses and validation of clinical competence.
