Job Description

Position works in Accounting in the Admin Services office on the Northwest Medical Center campus and is Full time, 8am-5pm schedule

  • Responsible for understanding the complexity of the Revenue Cycle process, with emphasis on reimbursement, denials management, and payor contract compliance.  Additionally, compiling reports, analyzing and reporting of problems and or patterns to direct reports.  Will need to understand hospital and physician fee schedules.  Have experience in service line payor and cost analyses.
  • Education - Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance or related field, or minimum of four (4) years of relevant experience required.
  • Experience - A minimum of (4) years in financial analysis with an emphasis in financial system support in healthcare with multi-site/subsidiary reporting.
  • Skills - Have Microsoft Excel and various billing system computer experience.  Can do financial research and use computerized spreadsheets to conduct analyses.

 

Minimum Qualifications-

Education:

Bachelor's Degree                                                

Experience:

Two (2) years experience in hospital or physician clinic analytics.                                                

Skills:

Microsoft office software, spreadsheets, report writer software.                                                

Licenses/Certifications:        

None required.
