Seeking a motivated, experienced Medical Assistant to work Fulltime days as a Lead Medical Assistant at 6130 N La Cholla Blvd Ste 135A.

Position Purpose


Performs patient care activities under the supervision of a provider. Assists providers with medical office procedures as required. In addition, serves as the lead to back office staff and Medical Assistants.
Position Qualifications/Minimum Requirements


Education: "Required: High School diploma/GED or equivalent experience, and graduation from an accredited Medical Assistant Program
OR Current Certified Medical Assistant as noted in License/Certification section of these Position Requirements."


Experience: Required: Two years experience in a Medical Assistant role


Skills: Ability to provide daily operational leadership to small teams. Appropriate prioritization while achieving safety and quality in a high volume environment; Engaging and effective communication and service skills; Adherence to policy and procedures; Process improvement oriented; Self-initiative to assist with whatever is needed.


Licenses/Certifications: "Required: American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross(ARC) BLS certification.
Within 90 days of hire date, must have one of these certifications: Current CMA (Certified Medical Assistant) issued by AAMA, CCMA (Certified Clinical Medical Assistant) issued by NHA, NCMA (National Certified Medical Assistant) issued by NCCT or, the RMA (Registered Medical Assistant) issued by AMT.
