Job Description

Provides administrative support for market and regional executive team.  Responsible for managing executive level clerical and administrative functions, including a variety of situations and conflicts.  Strong customer service and problem solving skills are needed.  Will manage confidential and time sensitive material. Working knowledge and experience in Microsoft office programs are needed to prepare routine and advanced correspondence including letters, memoranda, and reports.  Prior experience in a high level executive office and multitasking skills required.

Education:  Bachelors degree or commiserate experience required.

Experience:  Five (5) years administrative support at the executive level.
