Director Physician Clinics - Women's & Primary Care
Manages the daily activities of multiple medical clinics staffed by many physicians. Responsible for hiring and training support staff. Prepares budgets, orders clinical equipment and supplies to fill patient needs and meet financial concerns.
As an organization leader, this position shares accountability for facilitating organizational and department goals using effective leadership knowledge, skills and abilities that ensure achievement of expected results for patient/customer service, employee engagement, financial health, business growth and quality and safety outcomes.
Required: Associates Degree in business management, finance, accounting or closely related field
Exception: If hired into this role before 10/01/2020: Associates Degree or equivalent years experience in practice leadership.
Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in business management, finance, accounting or closely related field
Required: Five years of clinic practice experience, including 2 years of practice management
