This is a full time position working with the Northwest Allied Physician Clinics.

Position Qualifications/Minimum Requirements

Education:

Required: Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or a closely related field
Preferred: Graduate Degree in Business Management, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or a closely related field strongly preferred.

Experience:

Required: Minimum 5 (five) years’ related healthcare experience, with project management, operations and development experience hospital-owned preferred, Minimum 5 (five) years’ experience in data analysis, systems development, or other related experience, An equivalent combination of education and experience, which provides proficiency in the areas of responsibility listed above, may be substituted for the above education and experience requirements, Basic understanding of physician quality measures and credentialing requirements, Basic understanding of health care administration and clinic philosophy, policies, and operating procedures, Basic understanding of governmental regulations and reimbursement requirements, Successful experience in use of practice management and electronic medical record systems, Basic knowledge of legal issues relating to physician-owned practices and hospital-employed physicians, Extensive knowledge of managed care industry, understanding of EMR quality management data and/or physician practice management applications required. This should be combined with a succinct understanding of physician practice operations including of how charge capture and clinical documentation affects quality improvement.

Skills:

Ability to read, communicate, and document effectively through oral, written, or electronic means. Computer experience and excellent customer service skills. Ability to prioritize and respond promptly to a changing workload. Experience analyzing and interpreting financial data, gathering needed information, delegating and supporting teams, evaluating decisions/solutions, improving work process, and making effective decisions.

Required: N/A
Preferred: Clinical Certification (i.e., CMA, LPN, RN)
