Dietary Aide (Dishwasher) - PRN

The kitchen staff at Northwest Medical Center is a diverse culinary team that works together to provide exceptional food and care for our patients, visitors and staff. Our culinary team works with the Chefs to create dishes for our retail space, The Saguaro Café. The dish-washing team also works with the Chefs to provide assistance in the kitchen on a daily basis. We cater many events at the hospital throughout the year, making for a fun, fast-paced environment. We take pride in our teamwork, and look forward to meeting new candidates that wish to work in the Nutritional Services Department at Northwest Medical Center.
Performs a variety of duties related to the preparation and serving of food: Sanitation of kitchen, cleaning of cooking utensils and dishes. Disposes of trash, stocks floors, assists with patient tray line and delivery of trays to patients. This position also serves meals on the tray line, the Food Service worker will have to learn menu/diets and be able to communicate well with Catering Associates. Previous diet knowledge helpful but not necessary.
