Job Description

This position serves as general customer service and cashier. Position performs a variety of tasks throughout the day, oversees cash deposits and reconciliations, processes adjustments. Must have knowledge of insurance processed and medical billing. Will assist with backup registration as needed.

 

Summary:  Processes orders, prepares correspondence, and fulfills customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Works under immediate supervision. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. High school diploma or equivalent. At least six months of previous customer service experience required. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
