Cook-Lead - Northwest - FT - Days
Prepares and serves high quality nutritious meals to Patients, Staff, Physicians and Visitors in a safe and sanitary manner. Lead Cook will direct kitchen and dishwashers. Ensures food safety practices are in place and adhered to by all staff for all food production, to include use of sanitation solution at workstation, food temperature monitoring, safe food handling, safe food storage practices –proper cooling, label and dating. Communicates with service staff in retail and patient areas to ensure all staff have daily menu information - to include identification of allergens and special serving instruction. Monitoring staff and is responsible for proper food handling, utilization of products, quality control and repairs.
