Clinical Nursing Educator ICU
Position is Full Time and Supports the critical care nursing staff development at Northwest Medical Center
Responsible for the educational and clinical development of unit staff. Provides educational needs assessment and learning activities to improve care.
Position Qualifications/Minimum Requirements
Required: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) and Master's Degree in related field within four (4) years of employment in the role.
Five (5) years of experience in area of expertise.
Compile statistics; Compose letters/memorandums; Coordinate meetings; Interview others; Research information; Strong analytical and organizational skills; Team facilitation & meeting skills.
Required: Current Arizona RN licensure or compact state license and American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross(ARC) BLS & ACLS certifications.
Preferred: Nationally recognized certification in area of expertise.
