Position is Full Time , working 3 shifts weekly on Night Shift in the MSICU at Northwest Medical Center
What you'll do:
The Clinical Nurse Leader RN is responsible and accountable to the Department Director for the coordination and effective operation of the unit on the assigned shift. CNL Performs duties in the charge nursing capacity as needed and is qualified. Responsible for compliance with overall nursing practice standards of the specialty area.

Position Qualifications/Minimum Requirements
Required: Associates or Diploma in nursing program
Preferred: Bachelor's degree in nursing
Clinical experience in critical care highly preferred.
Current Arizona RN license or compact state license
American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC) BLS & ACLS
