Clinical Nurse Leader Med Surg

$30,000 Sign on bonus for eligible, experienced RN's! 

This is a full time position working day shift in the Med Surg Ortho Surgical unit at Northwest Medical Center. 

The ortho/surgical department specializes in the care of complex surgical patients including orthopedics, bariatrics, genitourinary and general surgery. This is a fast paced environment with a team that supports each other and provides outstanding care for each patient.

Plans, directs, and evaluates the overall nursing care and functions in a particular nursing unit or during an assigned shift. Coordinates the activities of the unit and directs, organizes, and assigns work. Assesses, monitors, and educates on patient care. Institutes emergency procedures as necessary. Associate's degree in nursing required. Bachelors degree preferred. At least 3-5 years of clinical experience. Licensure as a registered nurse.
